After I chose my hire what happens next?
Once you have chosen your dream hire to ensure you get the most out of their talent we'll help you manage them for the first 12 months. This includes contract setup, NDAs, performance management, payroll and HR.
As part of this management, we charge a 25% management fee on top of your contractors monthly salary.
At the end of the 12 month period you will then have the option to either stay on with us or buy out your contractor and have them directly work for your business.
Can I make multiple hires?
